Working with Daikiya Catering Group for its Photography was one of the most amazing experiences. We work from developing the concept of the food, the theme for the season, the art direction of the photography, to the food photography and the printing details. I work along with different shareholders to achieve , the executive chefs, the restaurant managers, the marketing team, the operation team and different printing companies.

Bringing a Traditional Japanese & Creative Cuisine together, we gave a Modern Japanese fusion identity to RockSalt through visual elements. With an idea of a freshest, precious and delicate cuisine from a raw nature.
Natural Sand, Rough Stone surface were applied to create a traditional Japanese style, colour of Stony Grey and Gold made a contrast to a delicate cuisine.
